In the FIRE meditation, we begin by relaxing the body, using hand palming and body scanning techniques, and then access the spark the fire within.
We finish with chair yoga to nurture the body.
This class’ focus is:

AAGNI and SHIVA MUDRAS: Increases self-confidence and regulates body heat.
CENTERING THOUGHT: I offer my negative qualities into the fire of transformation and I am empowered.
