I don’t know about you guys, but this class is tough stuff. Definitely awesome and as always very well rounded. Vytas is somewhat notorious for his core exercises. If you take one of his classes you’re bound to encounter a 10-15 minute sequence focused entirely on abdominal workouts. It goes without saying then that when he dedicates an entire class specifically to core work, you can bet it will be challenging. Regardless, for some reason he seems to think that this is a Level 1 class. Even his brother Aras (blue shirt) looks challenged. We’re curious to know what you think?
