Heavily based on the Budokon Style with elements of Shaolin martial arts. This short flow is designed to stir up your yoga practice with a subtle injection of martial arts. This is done to surprise the body and minds focus so you can challenge existing movement patterns, and find a new sense of freedom in your practice. The flow should be done in a continuous manner, you may pause in a posture but transition to the next posture with as smooth as possible flow and no breakage in movement. We will strengthen and lengthen the legs and open the hips with flying warrior and drop stance. Then create balance and an open spine with our warrior’s bridge.
